Find out more about the excellent team members that form Micronclean's Continuous Improvement department.

John Chapman - Continuous Improvement Manager

John from the Continuous Improvement Team at MicroncleanI have been working at Micronclean for over 6 years and have worked in all areas of the business looking for ways to improve processes, create standardisation and promote a positive culture of Lean Thinking. My background is in automotive manufacturing which lends itself very well to our customers and supply base creating the best quality product, exceeding their expectations and innovating new ideas in the most cost effective way.

Maz Sheedy - Continuous Improvement Co-Ordinator

Maz from the Continuous Improvement Team at MicroncleanI started with Micronclean in 2003 and I didn’t expect to make a career out of it at 18 years old! I originally worked within production for 16 years and have been part of the Continuous Improvement department for the last 3 years, championing the mantra of "Under commit and over deliver". Micronclean invested in the staff by asking for people to become "Mental Health First Aiders", and after volunteering for and completing the training, I'm proud to be part of that team. Micronclean is very much a family business who have supported me in work and in my home life.

Claire Madden - Continuous Improvement Assistant

Claire from the Continuous Improvement Team at MicroncleanI started working for Micronclean part time through an agency in 2013 to work around my family, since then I have worked at developing that part time job into a fully fledged career. Originally starting on the production floor to now being a part of our Continuous Improvement team, helping to promote excellence and innovation within the company. In addition and complementary to my CI role, for the last 5 years I have been a part on the companies SKIEs Council and helping to embed the SKIEs culture within the business.
