S. Harris Roundlet Sophie Harris
Associate QSHE Director

In my role of Associate Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment Director I am responsible for providing technical governance and oversight to the business. To do this I work closely with my team who are all experts in their field. Previously I worked in the water industry and have a long history leading operational, regulatory and environmental teams.

When not at work I enjoy sports and spending time with my family. I am often busy with my two young daughters attending clubs or wandering around farm parks.

I am also a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Women and Enterprise and have just finished my third year in the role of School Governor for an Academy Trust.

M. Mossop Roundlet Mark Mossop
Quality Manager

I started working for Micronclean in February 2023 in the role of Quality Manager. Before joining Micronclean I started my career in the food and drink industry including quality control testing in a brewery in Nottingham. After spending 18 years in industry working in a variety of pharmaceutical quality roles I moved to the NHS initially in Nottingham before moving to United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust.

Originally from Louth, I relocated back into Lincolnshire and enjoy nothing more than long walks with my dog in the Wolds especially if it includes a pub and a pint or two of real ale. I am also found popping back to Nottingham to watch my favourite football team Nottingham Forest. I also recently built a greenhouse in my garden and am planning on becoming self-sufficient in organic vegetables this year.

K. Elston Roundlet Kat Elston
Quality and Compliance Officer

I have worked for Micronclean for just over 17 ½ years, starting as a Production Operative working at the Louth site before moving into a Quality role full-time in 2012. My background and knowledge of Operations is certainly beneficial to my career in Quality, and for hosting audits by both our customers and the standards agencies.

My role within the Quality team includes maintenance and development of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, BS EN 14065 and CODEX Alimentarius GMP systems as well as supporting internal teams and our customers with quality and technical support.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two cats. I also love live music and in particular attending Download Festival at Donington Park.

H. Sojitra Roundlet Harsh Sojitra
Quality Control Officer

It has been nearly 3 years since I started working at Micronclean. I began as a Placement Student in early 2021 and took on the role of a Quality Controller. I hold a master's degree in mechanical engineering and I am always fueled by curiosity, consistently seeking opportunities to learn more. My role entails substantial checking and inspecting responsibilities, as I am tasked with monitoring the quality of both incoming and outgoing products. I also collaborate with suppliers to address non-conformance issues and ensure adherence to material specifications.

Additionally, I provide support for various Quality activities, such as batch releases, project assistance, audits, and investigations.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through swimming and exercise during my free time. Hiking is a passion of mine, as well as indulging my love for travel and exploring new cultures – often allowing myself to get pleasantly lost. Another way I like to spend my free time is by engaging with space science and engineering documentaries, which further expands my knowledge in this area.

J. Jose Roundlet Jenny Jose
Supplier Quality Officer

Hi, my name is Jenny, and I am the Supplier Quality Officer at Micronclean. My avid interest towards chemistry led me do a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science at De Montfort University. After graduating my curiosity towards the quality aspect of the pharmaceutical industry further guided me towards this job. I currently work with Micronclean's suppliers to ensure quality assurance for all products and services provided by Micronclean. In my free time I enjoy playing guitar or reading a good historical book.

U. Jarral Roundlet Uzayr Jarral
Regulatory Officer

Hello, I'm Uzayr the Regulatory Officer within the QSHE team at Micronclean. My journey into the world of regulatory affairs began with my graduation from University in 2017 where I successfully completed my BSc in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science. Building on this, I pursued an MSc in Pharmaceutical Quality by Design and graduated in 2018.

I started my career as a Technical and Regulatory Assistant within the Pharmaceutical industry. I transitioned to the chemical and biocidal industry and over a span of three years, I improved my expertise as a Regulatory professional.

My journey eventually led me to Micronclean in June 2022 where I took on my current position. As part of the QSHE team I play a pivotal role in ensuring that Micronclean products adhere to regulatory standards both in Europe, the UK, and beyond.

As for my personal life, I have an identical twin, enjoy playing & watching sports, especially football where I'm a big Manchester United fan. I enjoy hikes and weekends away by the coast to do a bit of wild swimming. I stay active by hitting the gym, training in wrestling, and playing football a few times a week.

Nick Thurlby
Health and Safety Officer

With over forty years' experience in a variety of roles in marine engineering, aerospace, food, consultancy and precision manufacturing I've been lucky enough to work with some great people and learn a great deal in the process. About ten years ago I started my journey along the Health and Safety path that has led me to my current role at Micronclean.

Health and Safety is a serious matter, but I try not to take myself too seriously! Outside of work I enjoy gardening, walking and attending live cricket, rugby and football. I'm fortunate to live in a very quiet rural location with my wife and border collie. I have two grown up sons and two grandchildren – so far. When I need to let off steam, I play one of my eight guitars - usually quite loud!

Lauren Dulson
QSHE Assistant

Hello, I'm Lauren, and I'm new to working at Micronclean. As a placement student, I have taken on a role within QHSE. My responsibilities encompass various aspects of the QSHE department, and I am eager to learn and enhance my understanding of this field. Additionally, I'm excited about the opportunity to meet and get to know everyone within the company.

I have completed two years of university, focusing on biological sciences, which I thoroughly enjoy. I plan to complete my bachelors degree after my placement and pursue a masters degree down the line.

Beyond work, my primary passion is sports, and I dedicate most of my free time to either watching or playing them. I also have a keen interest in traveling around Europe with my friends. Recently, we explored Barcelona, Berlin, and Lisbon.
